About US

Dedicated to providing elite player development in a team first environment

About us

Our process

We play fast. Our year-round training emphasizes high-energy, fast-paced drills designed to teach players how to make quick decisions under pressure. One of the biggest differences between local, regional, and national competition is the speed of the game. With more than 25 years of coaching experience, we understand what it takes to develop players and prepare them for the next level. Our practice structure is carefully designed to focus on individual development within a team environment. A typical practice includes positional instruction, advantage/disadvantage team drills (4v3, 5v4), full-field transition work, and game preparation.

We compete. Our players are taught to approach every moment with the mindset that the score is always 0-0. Every rep, possession, and opportunity matters—whether it’s the first quarter or the fourth. Mistakes are expected, especially when players are pushing themselves outside their comfort zone. We learn from them, respond, and move on to the next play. We play to win, while understanding the value of adversity and hard-fought competition. Our players are tough, resilient, and relentless—we never give up.

Premier Carolina Lacrosse

Three Stars. One Standard.

At Premier Carolina, we believe success is built on more than what happens between the lines. Our three stars represent the foundation of every player in our program:

★ Character

We strive to develop young men of integrity, accountability, and leadership. Character is demonstrated through respect, discipline, and the way we treat teammates, coaches, opponents, and our community.

★ Academics

Excellence in the classroom creates opportunities beyond the field. We encourage our athletes to take pride in their education, develop strong habits, and prepare for success at the collegiate level and beyond.

★ Athletics

We pursue excellence through hard work, preparation, and competition. Our goal is to help every player maximize their potential while competing at the highest level possible.

More Than Lacrosse!

The three stars symbolize our commitment to developing complete student-athletes. By emphasizing Character, Academics, and Athletics, Premier Carolina prepares young men not only to succeed in lacrosse, but to become leaders in their schools, communities, and future careers.

Three Stars. One Standard. Character. Academics. Athletics.
