Once players are initially evaluated, they are placed on a team appropriate for their experience and skill level.  We continue to evaluate our players in every practice and game throughout the season for opportunities to be promoted to a higher-level team.

Pathway to Premier Carolina AAA

At Premier Carolina, we believe every player should have a clear path to earning a roster spot on one of our AAA teams. Selection is based on performance, commitment, and the ability to compete at the highest level.

Players may earn an opportunity to join a Premier Carolina AAA team through one of the following pathways:

Established National-Level Player

Players who have already proven themselves with a nationally recognized or comparable high-level club program may be considered for direct placement based on their playing experience, competitive resume, and evaluation.

Coach Recommendation

Players recommended by a trusted coach within our network will be evaluated through a combination of game film, highlight video, and, when appropriate, an in-person evaluation. Recommendations should come from coaches who can speak to the player's ability, character, work ethic, and coachability.

Earn Your Way from the AA Team

Our AA program serves as the primary developmental pathway to our AAA teams. Players who consistently separate themselves through their effort, coachability, performance in practices, and play in regional tournaments and events will be evaluated for promotion as roster opportunities become available.

Our Philosophy

AAA roster spots are earned—not given. We continuously evaluate players throughout the year and are committed to providing every athlete in our program with the opportunity to develop, compete, and advance when they demonstrate they are ready for the next level.

 

Tryouts are held in July and December each year. If you have missed a tryout, please contact Coach Mott and Coach Brugger for opportunities to be evaluated.
