Ryan Crompton | College Recruitment Advisor

Ryan has served as Assistant Coach for Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Lacrosse since 2020, helping lead the Bears following an outstanding playing career as an All-South Atlantic Conference goalkeeper. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Coach Crompton oversees the program's recruiting efforts, playing a key role in identifying and attracting top student-athletes to Lenoir-Rhyne. A key contributor to Lenoir-Rhyne's Final Four team, Crompton finished as the program's all-time leader in saves (561), posting a 39-10 career record and a 56.3% save percentage. He was a First Team All-SAC selection, SAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, and a multiple-time academic honor roll recipient.
